POINTS TO REMEMBER
  • All subscription and registration fees must be paid before an entry will be accepted.
  • Race entry fees are to be paid with entry.
  • Eligibility - Entries may be accepted from members of clubs affiliated with Yachting Australia. Races will be open to Division, IRC or One Design yachts. Entries from other yachts may be accepted at the absolute discretion of the Race Committee. The acceptance of an entry from a yachtshall not create a precedent for the consideration of an entry by any other yacht.
  • Helmsperson - Yachts must be steered at all times by a member of a club affiliated with Yachting Australia. 
DECLARATION

I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of the ISAF and by all other rules that govern the event and I acknowledge that in terms of Rule 4 - Decision to Race, the sole responsibility for a boats decision to participate in a race or to continue racing is hers alone.
Before racing I will effect adequate and suitable insurance and I will ensure that the yachts crew are aware of the undertakings herein. It is recommended that an entrant should have a minimum of $5 000 000 public liability cover.
I acknowledge that the organizing authorities, sponsors, servants and volunteers will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during or after the regatta.
