Another front crosses the region – latest timing is midday to 1pm. The wind will pick up this morning from the pre-frontal NW then W and then shift post frontal SW this afternoon. A few showers are likely – from 11am onwards ahead of the front through to mid afternoon when the front has cleared. A heavier shower or 2 is possible when the front is crossing around midday to 2pm.
The early wind direction will be NW but once mixing gets going, that will be more W in direction and rise in wind speed, then shift SW with the passage of the front.
